We offer Forex account and wealth management services, where we manage trades on your authorized trading account with your selected broker. We are not a licensed investment advisory firm and do not offer financial advice, brokerage services, or guarantees of profit.

You retain full ownership and access to your trading account at all times.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your country of residence.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction where Forex trading or account management services are prohibited.

3. Risk Acknowledgement

Trading in the foreign exchange market involves substantial risk. By using our services, you acknowledge:

• The risk of partial or total capital loss.
• That past performance does not guarantee future results.
• That we do not promise profits or returns of any kind.

You agree to bear full responsibility for your trading decisions and outcomes.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or onboarding.
• Maintain access and credentials to your trading account.
• Refrain from interfering with the strategies executed on your behalf unless discussed and agreed in advance.
• Follow the communication process outlined for support and queries.

5. Fees & Billing

Any applicable fees or revenue share arrangements will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing prior to starting the service. Billing cycles and payment methods, if any, will also be defined in the service agreement.

We reserve the right to update fee structures with prior notice.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the account management service at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination:

• We will immediately stop trading on your account.
• Any outstanding fees due will be payable.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property
