Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MoneyVest, we take pride in offering a transparent and results-driven Forex account management service. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before signing up.

Refund Policy

Our services are digital, time-based, and performance-driven. Once you subscribe or agree to our wealth management services, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • No refunds will be issued once the service has been activated and account integration has begun.

  • Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Change of mind

    • Client-side dissatisfaction due to market performance (as investing involves risk)

    • Incomplete onboarding due to failure to provide necessary credentials

  • Exception: In the rare case that we fail to initiate or deliver the agreed-upon service goals due to internal issues (not market conditions), partial or full refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of the service, but:

  • Early cancellations during the ongoing contract term will void any performance guarantees.

  • No refunds or payouts will be issued if the cancellation occurs before the minimum trading period defined in your agreement.

  • Once the contract ends, you may withdraw your funds or opt for renewal.

Profit Distribution Clause

If you opt into any of our risk-based gain profiles (Low, Medium, High), your monthly return is fixed according to your chosen profile:

  • Low Risk: 3% monthly

  • Medium Risk: 5% monthly

  • High Risk: 7% monthly

MoneyVest retains any profit generated beyond these fixed percentages as our share for managing the account. This forms the basis of our performance fee model, replacing traditional 50/50 splits.

  • MoneyVest operates as a management service, not a financial advisory or brokerage.

  • All investments are made with client authorization and account access.

  • Investing is subject to market risk. We are not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, failures of third-party brokers, or global trading events.
